Roméo Elvis & Oscar and the Wolf release their joint EP “Jardin” this Friday, 12th December 2025

L’union fait la force - it’s the first project uniting North and South!

Friday, December 12, 2025 - Roméo Elvis and Oscar and the Wolf present Jardin, their new collaborative EP, releasing on Friday 12 December. The project originated from an unplanned late-night jam session that gradually developed into a genuine meeting of two artistic worlds. Indiepop and rap, North and South, and two distinct creative identities come together in a way that feels natural and intuitive.

Jardin is out now on all platforms.

After the release of “Ceiling”, “Bon Sens” and the alternative rock ballad “Lose My Baby”, Jardin invites listeners into a space shaped by contrast, experimentation and growth. Across eight tracks, the artists move away from their usual territories, exploring new textures and moods. The EP shifts from the sportive energy of “Crocodila and Je M’en Balec to the melodic and groove-driven “Chargé (Monet)”, forming a collection that highlights their shared curiosity and creative openness.

For Roméo Elvis, Jardin builds on the introspective direction introduced with his 2024 album Écho, blending sharp writing with a more personal and reflective tone. Oscar and the Wolf continues his own evolution, using his voice as an expressive instrument and shaping soundscapes that are intimate, atmospheric and emotionally direct. With Jardin, the duo presents a project rooted in friendship, artistic curiosity and the meeting of two different creative perspectives. It is a space where contrasts blend and new ideas take shape.

To celebrate the release, Roméo Elvis and Oscar and the Wolf will bring Jardin to the stage for the first time at Ancienne Belgique on 14, 15 and 16 December. These exclusive concerts offer an intimate look at the collaboration in its purest form. Only for the first date, limited tickets are available.

Jardin will be available on all streaming platforms from Friday 12 December at midnight. The vinyl and cd are exclusively available via romeooscar.be.

ABOUT JARDIN - ROMEO + OSCAR
Sometimes, the most beautiful stories begin simply between friends, over laughter and late-night music. That’s exactly how the collaboration between Roméo Elvis and Oscar and the Wolf was born. What started as an unexpected jam session after a dinner soon transformed into something far bigger: their own modern-day version of Romeo and Juliet, where two distinct worlds - North and South, pop and rap, light and shadow - intertwine naturally.

Roméo Elvis, one of the most celebrated voices in hip- hop, and Oscar and the Wolf, the prince of Indiepop, have joined forces for a project that brings Belgium together in a way few others have. In a country often defined by its linguistic and cultural contrasts, they embody unity through creativity - proof that music speaks louder than borders.

Roméo Elvis, meanwhile, has carved out his own path as one of the defining voices of the Belgian and Francophone rap scene. Since his 2016 debut “Famille Nombreuse”, he has grown into a cultural icon, merging sharp lyricism with introspection and charisma. His albums “Morale” (with Le Motel) and “Chocolat” solidified his reputation, earning platinum status and taking him from small venues to arenas across Europe. Collaborations with artists such as Damon Albarn, Loyle Carner, Zwangere Guy, and of course Angèle have further demonstrated his versatility and openness to blending worlds. With his latest album “Écho” (2024), Roméo delves even deeper into personal and emotional territory, offering an honest, poetic reflection on identity and evolution.

Oscar and the Wolf is the ever-evolving world of Belgian artist Max Colombie, a visionary who transforms emotion into sound and performance into dream. Since his multi- platinum debut "Entity", Max has carved a distinctive space in modern pop, blending R&B, rock, electronic, and cinematic tones. Across "Infinity", "The Shimmer", and "Taste", he has continued to expand that world, shaping music that feels both intimate and otherworldly. With "Jardin", Max reinvents his voice as an instrument, fluid, feminine, and deeply human, exploring vulnerability and transformation in new ways. After sold-out arenas and festival headlines across Europe and the Middle East during his "Taste" campaign, Oscar and the Wolf steps boldly into a new era, one that feels like the future unfolding in real time, as the journey continues, 2026 promises new sounds, new faces, and unexpected turns.

ABOUT ‘JARDIN’
Their first collaboration, the single “Ceiling,” captures the essence of that meeting point - where intimacy meets grandeur, and contrasts become harmony. Premiered in front of 100,000 people during Belgium’s National Day celebrations, the song immediately struck a chord with audiences. Within weeks, it became a radio hit and surpassed one million streams, proving that when two worlds collide in sincerity and passion, the result is universal. Together, Oscar and the Wolf and Roméo Elvis don’t just represent a collaboration between two artists. They symbolize a bridge between regions, genres, and languages - a celebration of a new, unified Belgium built through sound, emotion, and friendship.

On their joint project Jardin - an eight-track EP arriving this December 12 - Oscar and the Wolf and Roméo Elvis push each other far beyond their comfort zones, stepping into uncharted creative territory and discovering new sonic worlds along the way. Two distinct musical souls intertwine and become one. From the pulsating, shadowy energy of “Crocodila” and “Je M’en Balec”, to the tender alternative rock ballad “Lose My Baby”, and the groove-driven pop tracks “Chargé (Monet)” or the club-energy of “Bon Sens”, Jardin unfolds like a living garden — a space where every seed planted blooms into a different, vibrant sound.

On Sunday December 14, Monday December 15, and Tuesday December 16, Oscar and the Wolf and Roméo Elvis will share the stage at Ancienne Belgique in Brussels for the very first time, bringing their collaboration to life in an exclusive live show. Expect brand-new tracks alongside their biggest hits, united on one stage. The first two shows sold out in less than two hours. Due to overwhelming demand, a third date has now been added on December 14. A rare chance to experience this unique moment up close, with two of Belgium’s most iconic artists together on stage.
